Whenever I enter a SWAT game, I always pull in at least a 1.5 k/d. Then the other teams get as many kills as they do deaths, then there’s that one guy who always screws it up for me. I was in the one game where a guy got 2 kills and 30 deaths! Why can’t I be paired with people who are as good as me? I think that people who suck that bad have no business playing the game, because like cheaters, they ruin the game for everyone.
Good players typically don’t play SWAT…

Always? I’m not so sure of that. 16-13 does not equal a 1.5 K/D

What about your teammates here? Or these teammates? “Always” is a pretty big word and very often I find that it’s unfounded in 98% of instances when it’s used.

This isn’t very kind. Everyone has to start somewhere. I would never say this if you were on my team in SWAT.
If you genuinely think that people who have bad games “ruin the game for everyone” then I strongly suggest you put your controller down and take a break for a bit and learn some empathy.
