Let me first say that I do enjoy H5. I think it has some great potential. But lord have mercy is it boring. Same maps, over and over and over. 3 maps in war zone. What seems like maybe 4 in arena. We need some variety. Also, social playlist. Arena is to competitive. I want to relax and have fun. Warzone is great, but so so so repetetive. We need some social playlist like slayer, BTB, and rumble. What are your thoughts?
I agree. Classic BTB is a must (no req crap). I’d also like to see some goofier game types like what you’d find in Action Sack.

For the life of me I can’t understand why they didn’t make Arena versions of several game modes like CTF, One Bomb, or a tower defense mode against Marine/enemy AI.
Need forge to make more maps.
I think that when the game updates, and bring more playlist, like action sack, btb, maybe infection? haha, doubles, the matchmaking would be so much better, because it’s boring that I play Slayer on The Rig over and over again, and Breakout on Trident/Crossfire, it’s just boring.
Oh, and do you think that a game mode like Invasion would be fun or good in this game? I miss someone like that and Warzone do not full that empty space in my hearth.
And also I think that when they add Forge it would be a great game to have fun with your friends in customs.
Btw, am I the only one that feels the matches really, reaaaally slow?

Its funny how they have like 15 arena maps, but they only use like 4 in the rotation lol
Game is good but shouldve been delayed until Forge was finished. Apparantly BTB maps are Forge maps. Social Slayer AND seperate playlists for CTF and Strongholds NEED to happen. They also dropped the ball with NO CO-OP MATCHMAKING. Halo 5 has the most solid core gameplay in an FPS in SOOOO long but lacikng key halo traditions. 343 needs to add playlists fast while Halo 5 is beating Destiny on XBL’s top played. Personally i love H5 and not even close to bored, however i understand why others are.

I agree with you completely. I just play earlobe though but yes.

they need infection, I had a few thousand custom games in halo 3 cuz it was so fun. its like they are clueless, they have something people love and want but no they decide to not put it in. how hard could it be, I bet they will have it like only once a month you can play infection too WHYYYYYY. for no reason I just cant understand. I am level 30 in multi and am already bored too
Yea, I’ve booted up Halo 5, and just turned it back off before playing a match, a few times.
Its fun and all, I absolutely love Arena, but the motivation just isn’t there, and lack of maps don’t help…
Another reason is, all the unlocks are random as hell… So I don’t really care for unlocks anymore… that usually kept me playing more.
come back in a month or so when they add more maps and (hopefully) playlists. One thing I don’t like about 343 is how they want to use playlist rotation to keep up population levels when they could use double XP/RP on playlists that need a boost.
I keep my eyes on these forums for any updates or what not. I am pretty bored of H5 already, mainly because i’ve played the same maps for hours. I had abit more fun playing Halo 4 to be honest. Oh well, I’m not dropping the game yet, like most games it starts rough and gets better as it goes. I mean look at BF3 and BF4? Both sucked at the start then turned into something better. Even Halo 4’s MP turned into something better after some updates. So i’ll wait, beside, I have Fallout 4 to keep me distracted until H5 updates itself.
