No campaign Co-Op or Forge at launch. I can deal with that.
I want to experience the campaign myself first, take my time, explore the unknown. Have a nice meal. I deserve it, I have been waiting for the campaign a long time.
Do I wish the game to be delayed? Yes. I have a lot to play in my backlog list. I may be able to grind to 152.
But all I want to know right now is. Will the campaign be great, will it be epic. Will I be blinded by its majesty?
I’m afraid that it may not be. Hold me please.

Seems pretty bad to force fans into that though. Just because you and I don’t relate to it being missing since we play the campaigns solo doesn’t mean it’s okay to be like this.

They are not forcing fans into that. The fans would be making that choice. Halo campaign has be a single player experience first and foremost however the co-op adds a whole different game element into that. I never understood why people play through the first time co-op outside of being able to beat it.

Not going to argue with you, but I disagree. Halo built its reputation in the CE days by having split screen campaign and multiplayer Co-op be a main feature. If it wasn’t around in those days who knows if Halo would have taken off the way it has. Just because you cannot relate to others who prefer to experience the campaign with others doesn’t mean they SHOULD have to wait until 343 decides to patch that feature in.

I can relate to others on wanting campaign however I don’t see it as a requirement for launch. Many games add co-op post launch and other features. It sucks however if that is the sacrifice we have to make for Halo at launch then to me that is fine.
