I am banned from Live. Both my console and my Live account. I downloaded and played Halo 4.

Microsoft says that having an account un-suspended in relation to wrongful game abuse is up to the vendor. So I would like to reach out to 343 and beg for forgiveness and ask if any intervention is possible, and what I might need to do to earn that forgiveness. If anyone knows how I can reach them, I implore you to share with me or at the very least pass my message along.

I make no excuse for my actions: I saw an opportunity to try the game now rather than later: I took it. It was a bad idea, I know. 343, I like what you have done with Halo: It has been fun.

I am ready to toe the line again and to spread the good word to my peers.

I actually feel really sorry for you. But I am almost sure there is no way you can redeem your account for LIVE. So you will see the rest of the world play Halo 4 without you. :slight_smile:
