I’ve been a SR130 for a bit now. I still play almost everyday. I love this game. All I can think of now that keeps me in this game is motivation for simply winning games. I can’t rank up more, no way in hell I’m going to get 100% commendation on everything, so not aiming for that, not too worried about K/D (it’s decent anyways) so yeah…we need the social/competitive system back from the old days.
I sure do miss it.
And make comendations less annoying to get. I get it that it is supposed to take time and all, but damn.
I have faith 343i, and I’m anxious for Halo to become way more popular than it is now.
I was hoping Halo 4 would be similar to the Halo 3 ranking system. SR is kinda lame and it’s too easy to get to 130. Halo Reach’s system was all right but Halo 3 can’t be beaten in my opinion.
So many people disliked the Reach system and yet the Halo 4 one is so plain and simple. I liked the ranks in Halo Reach but levelling up by credits was a bit :l
It is nice that all players can reach the max level but when I saw a General in Halo 3, I was going to expect a harder game But quite a lot of players used that to their advantage and started boosting others for money etc. So that’s probably a good enough reason to take it out, which sucks.

Think about this…people used to pay money to others to boost for them, that’s how much they loved the game…now people won’t even pay for DLC.
I got ripped off on Reach with DLC I could only play for a few months…same with Halo 4, hell I haven’t even had a game on all the DLC maps.
I still love Halo, and really like Halo 4, only a few things annoy me. The community, Lag and the waiting time to find a game.

Between the awful CoD gamestyle, lack of Halo Waypoint WP8 updates, lack of promised content(still waiting on my making of FUD and Halo4), the game just isn’t worth my time. I have always been a huge Halo fan but 343 screwed the pooch on this one. I didn’t even give the Champions pack a change as I know it would be just as bad.
I genuinely hope Halo 5 will be better. But as it stands now Halo 5 will be the first Halo I’ll not’ve picked up at launch. I’ll hold out for reviews by the non major, paid off publications.

Oh, I definitely still am regardless of 4’s condition. I love me some Halo no matter what.
