Everyone keeps defending 343i in the run up to Halo 4 but quite frankly, if Halo 4 will be like what they’ve done to Reach, I’m walking from the Halo franchise. I’ve played two games where I should have gotten achievements for different things. First game, the only flag that was touched was the enemies flag (by me), the rest of the game, the flag stayed as is.
Just finished a game where I assassinated three people who just came out of armour lock and still don’t get the achievement. It’s hard enough getting those game types as it is. Am I not doing something right or has 343i screwed up again? I’m always giving 343i second chances for things and it seems like they keep coming up with new ideas on how to screw up and I’m sick of it.
Achievements are just one thing in a big game but the fact I’ve done what it says I have to do and they still haven’t been unlocked is just so frustrating. Please patch these buggy achievements, if it’s the last thing you do to Reach…
They won’t be giving you the achievements, they don’t have the power too.
These achievements as a whole as buggy, mainly lag and other factors cause them to not unlock, having a black screen while doing the One Flag achievement will make the achievement void for the whole game.
Were you on a Defiant map? You have to do the assassination immediately after the person pops out of AL.

I’m aware they can’t just award them to me, but I’m just annoyed that I’ve done them many times and still not got them. If this is a reflection of what Halo 4 will be, I’m confident in saying that it will be a complete failure.

I am going to be on tonight at 700pm central time if anyone needs any help.
I’d like to try boost these achievements if possible as well. Tried them legit and that didn’t work so…

Why are you trying to base the whole of Halo 4 being terrible because you can’t get a few achievements on Halo: Reach?

Ok I’m going to say this once your not halo fan if you only care about the achievement.
Back in the old days of Halo 1,2 on the original xbox we didn’t have achievements, we loved every minute of it. Also don’t blame 343i fault, there in charge of fixing the game design ideas issues. The glitches are mainly down to the engine, are Bungies fault which is why Halo 4 is a heavily modified engine of Reach.
Hey, do you have the Anniversary map pack downloaded? You HAVE TO have it DOWNLOADED onto your 360 harddrive. You need the Anni map pack for those pesky 3 Defiant achievements. A lot of people overlook this fact. Do you have it downloaded?
