I just watched the legendery ending and saw some of his face, i was thinking if you were ever gunna show his full face you could make him look awesome and like a baddass and not an old fart with a bald head for example he could have Long hair and maybe a beard or something and a scar going across his eye or something.
Maybe he could look like a older version of Rusty Cooley ,[1]
Relax man. It’s only Halo 4. If they’re going to show his full face or the rest of his body in the future, I’m sure they’re going to come up with a special way of doing so.
Also, the game takes place 7 years after Halo 3. MC is still badass, but he is getting older. Maybe like Cortana’s rampancy in this game, in future games his age will become a factor in what his abilities are.

Cryo Sleep is meant to significantly reduce the effects of ageing, in 343’s eyes, it doesn’t apparently.
go satisfy your man crush somewhere else buddeh! haha Chief is UNSC property and I don’t think they even allow the males to have long hair? Besides, like everyone, why does it even matter how he looks? We know what he’s capable, he could be african american with a ginger afro and he’d still be tough as nails
Im kinda hopping that all we see. Iv allways been the fan who didnt want his face shown. Never felt it was needed. I think thats what made him so Legendary in the first place. The faceless hero
Chief doesn’t have long hair.
Chief doesn’t have a beard.
Chief doesn’t have a scar going across his eye.
So he has some wrinkles, you know those can be caused by stress right? Considering his line go work, I think those are a given. He doesn’t look like some old man.

then i would never play the game. they shouldnt ever show his full face

What do you mean “he’d still be?”
An african american with a ginger fro is tough as nails!
That aside, I honestly imagined him looking like Steve Downes, his voice actor, but giant and with more muscle.
Come on, and considering that his face has been in a mask for how many years? To help put things into perspective or comparison… two words: Darth Vader.

You realize they can take off their masks right? They don’t need the machines for that part. Also, taking into account the CURRENT technology which we enjoy, and the fact that Spartans are genetically modified, it wouldn’t be farfetched for them to no longer grow hair on their heads of faces (As it would benefit them being in the military)
> Halo 's designers see the Master Chief’s facelessness as a dramatic device, a way of allowing players to place themselves in the game’s leading role, to map their own faces onto that of a blank protagonist. “If he takes off the helmet, he should be you,” says Marty O’Donnell, Halo 's audio director. “I mean, that’s the big deal. Taking off the helmet is unacceptable.” Engineering lead Chris Butcher agrees: “It’s your experience. You have to be able to pour yourself into that icon.” When nongamers look at the Master Chief’s helmet, they see a forbidding, anonymous mask. But when gamers look at it, they see a mirror. They see themselves.
I really hope 343 understand this point that Bungie have made since the creation of the Master Chief. It’s important, it really is important.
