If you were ever curious about veterancy stats...

I have the halo wars 2 game guide and decided to share the stats of veterancy to anyone who Is curious and can’t get the book.

veterancy 1:
Additional damage inflicted-15%
Additional damage resistance-13%

veterancy 2:
Additional damage inflicted-25%
Additional damage resistance-20%

veterancy 3:
Additional damage inflicted-35%
Additional damage resistance-26%

Alright, cool. I was wondering what the differences were. Where’d you find the info?

Oh, damn, that is nice to know. Thank you for sharing; I have always wondered how much veterancy stars buffed a unit.

I have the guide and I don’t remember seeing this haha, thanks!

Jerome’s field promotion is not a bad leader power I think.

Cool ,but what do spartans do when they get in vehicles?

Thank you, sir.

The Curtain of Ignorance has been drawn back. The light of knowledge falls on me. I am enlightened.

That 13% bothers me.

they also boost health and damage

Do those numbers stack with previous levels?

For example…

Lvl 1- 10%
Lvl 2- 20% (30% total)
Lvl 3- 30% (60% total, 10+20+30)

Not just for vet level but for all upgrades in general.

The veterancy levels in Halo Wars 1 did not stack, not sure on how it or upgrades work in HW2.

Edit: The vet stats are actually the same in both games.

Awesome, thanks brother.

Have they ever updated the veteranancy stats with any of the balance updates? If so, the numbers may need to be slightly adjusted.

These are the current bonuses “normal” units get from veterancy levels.

Veterancy 1:
Damage +15%
Damage Taken -13%
Accuracy +60%

Veterancy 2:
Damage +25%
Damage Taken -20%
Accuracy +70%

Veterancy 3:
Damage +35%
Damage Taken -26%
Accuracy +80%

The veterancy levels do not stack, some units will get different bonuses from vet levels e.g heroes.

thank you for this was playing one day was thinking how it worked

wrong thread

But what about star 3-6 for spartan vehicles. Despite how much of joke it would be to use them as a viable strat.

Too bad you’ll never see these stat bonuses thanks to how laughable the game’s balance is where the only skill is who can spam the cheesiest unit the fastest
