Did you know that if you melee someone at the perfect time when they Spartan charge you, it will counter the charge and leave you untouched? Its a very gratifying thing to pull off and puts chargers in their place.

Been trying too but majority of the time the charge comes from behind me.
I -Yoink!- and laugh every time. They use charge as a crutch for when you catch them off guard, so instead of strafing, they charge you and attempt to ar you afterwards. Which fails against better players

Now what you gotta do (when someone tries to charge from behind you) is jump, thrust backwards, then assassinate, and then do the deed upon their frail, lifeless corpse.

Just wish others wouldn’t kill me before I get a good couple teabags in.
One issue I do have with this, WHERE ARE THE LAWS OF PHSYICS! Like I don’t mind being killed if I charge at a dude and they had a shotgun/blow me away, good skill on their part, but what happened to all that forward momentum? My body still hits them and lumps over their shoulder and it doesn’t affect their shield at all. Same with Spartan Slam. Like if someone fell on me from my roof even if I shot them dead first there body is still gonna hurt.
Charge is OP. Such a noob skill, I would say half of the time sometime charges me I actually win the battle with a REVERSAL (so satisfying) cause most of the time it’s a noob sprinting around the map, AR in hand.
I love those times when you thrust and they get stuck in their stupid charge animation and you get 2 free shots in first.
The jump over the head backwards trick you guys are talking about is called a ninja.
Ive tried a couple of times but my timing has been ‘just’ off. Nearly given up, congrats to the people whom pulled off the hardest trick in Arena.

I’m starting to get pretty good at this. I’ve mastered the melee boost turn and then assassinate too. By far my favorite way to assassinate. And then of course bounce my boys off their visor haha.
