For the love of Sanguis Virginus drive the Hog properly, I cannot hit anything on the Turret if you can’t keep 4 wheels on the ground & rolling all the time
Rule number 1: If your driving never ever stop moving. Otherwise your sitting ducks.
Rule number 2: The driver is most likely faceing forward (if not, oh boy) so when he/she honks the horn then it’s most likely an indication that there’s some targets ahead.
Rule number 3: If the game mode is slayer there is no need for a passenger. The passenger on slayer is a free kill to the enemy team.
Rule number 4: don’t jump in the hog just so you can get to a power weapon faster. A party may have plans for the vehicle and watching you hyperventilate over a sniper isn’t helping.
I have a mate who loves driving the warthog.
But he is very bad at it. Appalling actually.
Climbing in with him is akin to signing your own death warrant.
But I keep on doing it anyway.
Yeah, a lot of people are absolutely terrible at driving the warthog in this game or love to over extend well past what they and their gunner can handle lol.

The problem with warhog driving in Infinite is Twofold:
#1 The usual bad drivers
#2 The Warthog physics In Infinite are too floaty and it flips easily, making bad drivers worse, and decent drivers, bad
That’s gold. I’ve sent my mate a link.
It’s Amazing how some people are sooo bad at driving the Warthog, when’s apart from the bad Infinite Physics it’s not tough to Handle
It’s WAYYYY tougher being a gunner and leading your shots and timing the rotation speed
Even with the lower health and floatiness of the Warthogs, there are drivers out there that can still turn it into a fearsome vehicle regardless.
The problem is that there’s not many of them and the ones that are are rarely on my team.
All you really have to do is slow down a little when you know you’re going to go airborn or make sharp turns lol. You’ll almost never flip over or lose control if you do. After that, people need to learn to not feel like a unstoppable tank and going forward into groups of people when it’d be much better to stick back with your team and gun a few people down first before trying to push forward.
Usually the LAAG isn’t too ahrd either, it’s usually knowing who to prioritize when attacking when there’s multiple targets that makes it difficultiy.
Rule number 5: Give other teammates a chance to hop on your vehicle.
There are so many situations where 2 Spartans run toward a Warthog. The first one enters the driver seat and is immediately up and away, while the second one is left behind and thinks, “…okay? I would have mounted that turret, but anyways
”
All vehicles, especially ground vehicles, lack weight. They should weigh at least twice as much. As it stands it looks like you drive remote control strollers as a child.
And rule number one is don’t stand still. You can be in motion close to the action, but never stopped.
You talk about bad drivers but there are also turret occupants who are not attentive enough.
Yeah, every time i jump in the gun the driver either flips us in combat. Parks next to a full team so i get destroyed by sidekicks or drives off a cliff…
I have yet to have someone drive me while im in the turret and actually not kill me lol, i avoid getting in them at all costs now haha
Glad 343 made it so you can put the flag in the Razorback, because I seem to be the only person that can drive and capture flags. I have given up on teammates. I used to have a bunch of friends that played, but they got sick of the game’s issues, so now I have two friends that only play during events. I just can’t stand playing with randoms most of the time
Too bad I HATE the Halo Infinite BTB maps and system entirely
Love the rare moments though where the enemy will “bag communicate” and chill in the vehicle with you, without us killing each other
There was a trashed hog with no tires in a zone I hopped on it for the turret took the zone defended it & it seemed to be in a good spot I was racking kills with it! Then some pleb decided to jump in & drive off so I jumped out & watched him turn tight & flip it into the hole on the map.
Pleb ruined my strat I was going to die in that hog on my hill.
