If you have achievements that are not unlocking PC

I had another issue that I thought reinstalling the game would fix and discovered 5 achievements had not unlocked until I uninstalled the game.

-Bear necessities
-Heroes never die
-Man-to-freak communication
-Just the facts
-Some light reading

Those are actually just the ones added from the patch today, you couldn’t get them earlier though they retroactively activated.

the only bugged achievements should be these for the dailys and weeklys
these are also the only achievements which have worldwide 0% .

I did not download an update before they unlocked. I am talking about PC. Are achievements between Xbox and PC linked even if a patch is not installed yet? I am only now installing the Xbox update.
