Can someone tell me why people who don’t like Halo 4 are floating around here claiming they quit ages ago? It seems pretty sad and pathetic that people have nothing better to do than complain day after day about a game.
I love the game, and yes it needs a few fixes but I’d rather see forum posts that aren’t “0MG WTF DID 343 DO 2 MAH HALO”.
This is the only place I see Halo 4 complaints, I never see anyone complain on IGN or EGM or Facebook, they like the game.
I’m just curious Halo 4 haters, don’t you have anything better to do?

I can appreciate complaints that are constructive, but people have stupid -Yoink- posts about Halo 4 that don’t explain anything, and there are people who have claimed to quit after two weeks that are still here. Try to understand what I wrote next time.

Well yeah there’s a ton of trolls. There’s always been a ton of trolls after each Halo release moaning about how that particular one is the death of the series and how the previous one was better. Best way to deal with it is to report it and move on without giving them the attention they desire, let the mods deal with them.
There are some legit concern threads from players who see the potential but are not satisfied with the current iteration, but those are few in number, maturely written ones even fewer still.

I’m not even playing the game anymore lately,yet I’m still posting on the forums,mainly out of a hope that the game becomes better.There’s nothing wrong with this.It looks like you just hopped on the forums hoping it was full of “THANK YOU BASED 343 CAN I SUCK YOUR -Yoink-” threads,in which you can probably relate to.
If you come to forum for a game you don’t like just to “prove a point” you should seriously reevaluate your life.
I don’t play the Halo 4, because I think it is less fun then Wii Music. But I have been playing Halo since CE, and spend years in the original trilogy and played thousands of games. And I want the next to enjoy a Halo game again, so I am monitoring the forums to see both where the community is heading and what people like about the game. So I am here because I am a passionate fan of the series, or at least used to be.

How are anti -Yoinking!- threads any better? What benefit comes from them?
Though I do readily concede that some complaints are registered in an overly dramatic fasion.

OP, it’s because we are just waiting for 343i to finish the game (will be sometime in 2013).
The game isn’t bad… it’s just that it was rushed out in time for Xmas.

I just can’t imagine having the amount of free time to spend all day on forums for a game I don’t play. It seems insane to me.
If I don’t like something the last thing I want to do is talk about it all day.

The mods should just lock any negative threads or mark any comments as spam if they’re deliberately trying to troll members with ridiculously negative comments that make no real attempt to start sensible discussions about the game’s faults.
If it’s a thread with some constructive criticsm on the other hand, that should be allowed to stand. I’m sure 343i will listen to criticism and maybe even act on it if it’s portrayed in a sensible, mature fashion.
This is probably why the armor lok mod never made it from Reach, because there were some sensible discussions on how it was overpowered, but you had to sift through all the childish negative comments about it as well, like people defending it with posts like ‘Adapt’ in an attempt to troll people with legitimate concerns.
