If you don't like it, don't buy it

The ones who get it like myself won’t care if you are there when this game hits stores later this year.

You’re not a fan of this series, please don’t go out and get this. You’re only encouraging them to continue this trend of making Halo terrible games that Bungie started with Reach.

Well as of now, I am not getting it. I’m awaiting more information to hopefully sway me to buying the game.

I love Halo and I love Reach, and I also love Halo 3. And because I like what I like, I’m not a true fan?

I’m sure it won’t be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Just wait until we get more info and gameplay footage before making a final decision.

Of course, and I am very excited for any new information we can get. Don’t get me wrong, I am very excited for Halo 4, and I want it to be phenomenal; It’s just that these new changes I simply cannot accept at face value.

I respect everyone’s opinion until it turns into blind hate of the game or company. At least you are still open to changing your mind later on. You never know, it may sound bad now, but it may turn out to be phenomenal. Only time and 343i will tell.

Keep telling the backbone of Halo to not play the game. Once all of your casuals leave for the next Call of Duty game you will be on these forums crying and wondering why the active players are so low. If you seriously think the amount of people playing are going to increase with this updated Reach then you are crazy.

Im in the same boat as you. I loved EACH halo release. Reach being my favorite so far. I played each halo game extensively so im not a true fan either? Because I Like reach? Lol its so sad that people think they can pass judgement on fans based on their own opinions and perceptions.

At the end of the day they are the ones that lose because they are being left behind to play halo 3’s dry outdated multiplayer while we move on to something bigger and better

Funny thats what your community was saying when reach came out. People with your logic said ALL the casuals would leave and halo reach would be a dead failure. But guess what, its number 5 and it came back thanks to the TU.

If 343 can keep the year and a half old reach alive with a simple title update, imagine what they can do with a whole game made by them. It wont die at all. I have never played a call of duty game after 2 and i never will. I despise incredibly easy FPS games.

I reserve my judgement of halo 4 until i see gameplay or play it myself. It must be sad to be someone who just hyper reacts to info that isnt even clarified or in contex.

^ This. I would be deeply appreciative if you would refrain from speaking. about this “if you dont like it dont buy it” crap. This is as much an affront to Halo as the recent Syndicate was to Syndicate, and X-Com is to the old X-Com.

Why should I, a very dedicated Halo fan, be told to not buy the newest “Halo” game because it is increasingly moving away from the traditional Halo experience?

This OP is terrible logic.

Case closed.

That’s a terrible mentality when it comes to video games. They want every fan to come back and alienating them isn’t a good idea.

That rustled my jimmies…

Only idiots would declare a game a failure with no details on how the game plays.

CoD loadouts, forerunner vision, Spartan Ops(Spec Ops), and random weapon spawns. So far this game is looking like a failure.

So your saying these things cannot be implemented properly and in a balanced matter? Your saying that no matter what 343 does, if these things go in, it will be a cod failure? Please prove your point by explaining how these things will break halo. Since you seem to have so much insight as to how they work.

Yep, those look like details to me.

There are only so many ways these things can work, and most of them are bad.
