Help me understand. There is SO much negative and criticism that come into the community and spill onto the game. Help me understand why you continue at all, both with the community and in game? Im just curious.
because we care about halo
The internet will always be for bashing and complaining… however it lead FFA from being a eight player frantic mess to the awesomeness six player it is now.

IMO, fooling around on the forums is more fun than all of the content in H5 put together right now.
Because I spent 250 on the collectors edition and itnwould be a waste not to play it. And I play warzone and slayer Mai nly

Because we want to see it go back to it’s old roots again, which were at the time great. You don’t just stop liking something because it changed. If Halo was awful from the start nobody would buy it, if this was the first Halo and people hated it, they would simply stop playing and go back to what they used to play. The problem here is most of us are used to playing Halo, so of course we’re concerned and want it to be better.
Imagine if you lived in a place for a long time, a place you called home, and suddenly it turned into a bad place. Would you just say ‘oh well, I’ll just move’? I doubt that’d be your first instinct, you’d probably argue with the city and try to change it.
I don’t “dislike” the game but I’m not satisfied, I hang around in hopes of seeing the game grow into something greater than it is now.
That and I bought it digital, I’m in it for the long haul. lol
I’m not playing it, I moved on after the last update didn’t add any new game modes. The reason I still comment on these forums is for two reasons. One, because Halo is my favorite series and I want it to improve, and two because I enjoy discussing my favorite series with others.

I love Halo 5 multiplayer. I was so glad when Bungie left becouse there was never going to be any growth with them. Almost all of my friends left Halo after Halo 3 becouse it was the same old slow game.

The only reason I seem to care for playing at moment on Halo 5 is for unlocking the classic Mark V armour, might just play for the max rank but then I’m done with the game since don’t find the game fun, Warzone is unbalanced. The reason for my dislike of Halo 5 is the game just doesn’t feel or play like a proper Halo game…and that’s regardless of the studio involved. Even Halo Wars felt like a Halo game and that was an RTS so it’s clear that 343i are doing something wrong with Halo 5. At the moment it’s weird for me to be more hyped for Halo Wars 2 than Halo 6. Halo 5 just feels like a cluster-bomb of things stripped from the game, then endless lottery for worthless variety’s of armour that I have no interest in, yet we’re forced to keep playing plus I’m a Halo completionist for Halo so it feels something I need to do. I can barely tolerate playing for short bursts before the game get’s annoying, never had this problem with previous games where I could play Halo for nearly 8+ hours…which is strange for me since I barely get interested enough to play the game for at least a few hours.

Sure I’d love to see Halo go back to it’s roots but it really does seem like 343i have no interest in doing this.
People want Halo to be like other FPS’s. I’m glad 343 is doing it’s own thing.
It’s called tough love. I love Halo, but it doesn’t mean I’ll just tolerate every stupid -Yoink- decision they make. You need to know when to praise, and when to criticize.

Honestly, I’m not playing it. I just got it for Christmas, and even though I have it installed, I haven’t even played a single minute of it. I’m having much more fun on my new Windows 10 laptop playing games I bought on Steam like Half Life, CS:GO, Portal, and GMod. If only Halo 5 had more to offer or at least if only it had split screen for me and my brother to play together, maybe it would be more enticing to play, but it’s 2016 after all, we can’t have such outdated mechanics in our modern games, now can we?

Ok, so the common theme, from what I am reading is that people seem to like the series, …let me get this straight, you play a game you dont like and post negative sentiment all over the forums, which happens to take YOUR time, to prove a point ?
It makes no sense to the guy that says he plays to get Mark VI armor for a game that he absolutely hates.
And to the guy that has not even played a minute of the game, what are you even doing here ?
