You may wanna clean up your words a little bit; I’m having a little trouble understanding the full context of it.
But given on what I can read, I’ll snatch up any mid-long range weaponry and set up a post some distance away from the enemy forces. From there, I can rain down death from a safe distance. As far as a vehicle goes, I’ll take a Mantis.

yes cause you are on the infinity, you can have weapons like blaze of glory, weapons based on UNSC but Forerunner hardlight projectiles

a clasicc hit and run, however if you “land crashed” i dont think the UNSC will give you support, spartans are always ready to figth, even if they have only a pen.
At first I choose Armor and shields,as I dont want to die instantly.
When it comes to arment,an AR,DMR,and Shotgun will serve my purpose.
Vehicles,a Slipspace capable pelican would be great,as I could just flee,what I will most likley do,as getting stranded on an enemy world isnt that much fun.

Well I’m not gonna lie, if I’m alone on a Covenant world, I’m most likely gonna die. Unless backup come quick. I will have unconventional weaponry since it was not specified. I’d like to point out that I would like to be a Spartan-III, but a good one with MJOLNIR armor, not a disposable one with SPI armor.

Essentially, I set up 3 miles from the nearest Covenant base. Bring a sniper rifle, target locator and Spartan laser. Snipe while in camp. After my position has been compromised, fall back and set traps with target locator on the way back to base on the mongoose. if I encounter vehicles, I got my Spartan laser. When I get to base, switch out all weapons I had while out in recon for grenade launcher and DMR since they will still be chasing me, I will pick them off with precision and grenades. Eventually they get to my base and send in the hunters which is what my rocket launcher is for. AMD bow all that is left are the Elites, jackals, grunts, and brutes. Shotgun for all Elites and brutes, assault rifle for smaller targets. Eventually my luck and awesomeness won’t be enough and I run-out of ammo on my big guns. I fall back to the innermost part of my base, having used my dome shield several times for health regen, and armor lock for explosive prevention. My armor is battered and I have broken bones, the only thing holding me together is my armor and adrenaline. I use my active camo to avoid firefights amd slow things down. Now I’m as far as I can go in my base. All I got is my magnum and the locked doors to this room…and a nuke. They bust through the doors. I kill a good 20 troops before I run out of ammo for my magnum. Knife a few guys to really show my hatred, and they send in more hunters with the elite field marshal. I got no more ammo to take them out, and since my reinforcements haven’t gotten here, I’m as good as dead. I grab my nuke and detonate it. But I gotta say something witty right?
“Spartans NEVER die!” (Or "MY NAME IS MICHAEL J. CABOOSE! AND I HATE TAXES) To the Elite, while blood spews out of my mouth onto my visor, health bar at 7%, flipping them off. Then white.
