Whiplash got it’s starting ammo decreased.
Yeah 1 & 1 are agreeable with. I just don’t agree with 1. Being able to oneshot ultraghosts or os spartans is too powerful to be uncommon.
For my Reqs,
I’d make the spartan laser able to kill up to tier 2 vehicles in one shot. Its an anti-vehicle weapon for palmer’s sake. It should act like one.
Phaeton should have a shield. It goes down way too quickly to justify it being a legendary. Practically every point of it is a weak point.
Normal SPNKR to uncommon. Its the same rarity of SPNKR EM, yet the EM is much much much better.

I actually just wanted to give you a hard time. But I’m actually okay with those three weapons to be honest.
If I had to pick 3 things to change it would just be how much I suck with the Plasma caster and splaser haha

I would disagree on the oathsworn’s speedboost being changed, it’s Kelly’s shotgun afterall… but yes, it could use a buff otherwise

Spartan Laser- Thing is trash. Huge charge time, only 4 shots, and you can’t even kill people. I don’t know why you have to land the entirety of the beam on a person to kill them with it, since it’s so incredibly easy to dodge. It also isn’t even that great on vehicles anymore.
Mantis- worst vehicle in the game hands down. Borderline unusable, even. People can board you from the front and back from enormous distances. The stomp is a useless defense because it doesn’t kill as easily as in Halo 4 and by the time someone is in the kill range they can somehow leap 20 feet in the air and board you. The chaingun turret is incredibly weak as well and requires you to basically drill someone with every bullet until it overheats to get the kill (Unless you’re in the ONI mantis)
Phaeton- honestly just needs to be made more available. They’re way too easy to gun down right now, and the ultra banshee seems to decimate them in 1 on 1 more often than not.

Yea that would not be fun at all
They nerfed it insanely from what it was in CE. It was a freaking two-shot to an Elite. It’s a three-shot for a head shot. People move around so much now that getting three shots off in the head is crazy.
