…what would you change it to? Would it be a variation on your existing one(s), or would it be something completely different? For me, I wouldn’t change mine as I’ve had it since my Counter-Strike 1.6 days.

I wanted to have ‘stickerboy’ originally, but it was taken so I dripped a few vowels. A few months back I looked into getting ‘stckr’, but I believe that is taken as well 
I have plans changing mine but my brain is completely empty from good ideas.
That GT could be something from math to butterflies (a wide spectrum).
I dont want to change mine anytime soon.

You can change your gamertag. I’ve thought about correcting my lack of punctuation caused by my haste(Comedy’s Hermit), but just can’t justify spending 10 dollars to do so.
If I could change it to something like “Batman”, then sure! But that tag will never free up, so mine is perfect.
i think i wouldnt change mine. And couldnt really think of other gamertag.

I wouldn’t mind having the original ‘Luke’ GT or maybe Duke Lukems, but both of those are already taken. The Duke guy hasn’t played since H3 on that tag.

I was a young and very immature. While creating my gamertag I thought “killed by a banana. Hilarious. Oh that’s taken… 69x. perfect”.

I was lucky when i made my name back in 2013 at time Halo 4 was just release few months back. I was a big fan of Master Chief in Halo so i want make a name char that i play as Master Chief so i knew that Master Chief real name was John also i was big fan of King Leonidas in Spartan 300 movie so i got the idea what if i add the first name John and last name Leonidas as Master Chief real name for new Gamertag. I was very lucky that no one got the email account to the gamertag too. Wow i said to my self i hit the jackpot holy grail gamertag and email account for just for Halo game to play on. I feel lucky i don’t have to change to gamertag ever. Just check my account by going to my profile to see how much legendary my stat is on all the Halo game i played. As a Halo fan i just wanted to support the Halo brand, story, also game play so i made very nice gamer tag to which is John Leonidas to be part of the love of Halo.

Holy crap, that actually makes sense! I always read your name like ‘Comedy Shermit’ and I had no idea what that meant. I feel like an idiot now.
For mine, I’d honestly just removed the number or something like that. I quite like this one and have stuck with it for a while.

I too, was also guilty of pronuncing comedyshermit’s GT wrong in the first place, so you’re not alone on the matter.
Ever since I got Steam, it has been my tradition to use [steal] a name from a game character. I still have a one time free name change, but I’m certain everything I could try is taken. Plus I don’t want to have to sit through any of the lectures people would no doubt end up giving. I would probably choose something from Halo, Fallout, Undertale, Warframe, or Command and Conquer [4 of those are games that are in my top five, though not that order]

He did post on another thread a long time ago, explaining the meaning behind your GT. I like, a few here that posted, am unwilling to spend the money on changing it.

If it makes you feel any better, I learned that it’s meant to be “Comedy’s Hermit” shortly after I started appearing on Waypoint, but I still call him Shermit in my head.
To SandTriangle or FusionDescent. I plan on changing it to one of those very soon since my current gamertag is when I made it back when I was 8 and I don’t really ID as a ‘girl’ anymore.

The only thing I would really change is dropping the numbers. The only reason they are there is because the name was already taken.
