For me its for the Aim assist and Bullet Magnetism to be reduced.

Add Ranked & Social Playlists, each with a choice of two Settings like this:
WarGames(MM), Ranked or Social Playlist, Classic or Infinity Settings
Once you choose which playlist and settings, it will direct you to the list of playlists. Personally, if that were to appear in this game, if not the next title, it’ll be much more organized.
Remove strafe inertia.
Kept Firefight along side Spartan Ops.
Either a grenade count of 4 in Campaign, a ‘revert to second last checkpoint’ option in the Campaign pause menu, or JiP for Campaign Co-op.
I’d have all the custom games options from Halo 3 and Reach added.

why would you do that? it would be impossible to get kills. i would create a difficulty above legendary for the campain and add a few extra missions.

Increase the Forge budget to 30,000. 10,000 is too low. correct me if i’m wrong, cuz i think the numbers are different.

5 weeks sounds like too much. Perhaps 2 weeks.

POD’s should be separated by tiers.
The lack of a local only search option.

AND during those 5 weeks you cannot equip or pick up your most used weapons AA or perks

De-scope. There would not be nearly as much hate against the DMR and Snipers wouldn’t be nearly as strong, if they de-scoped.
Change up the War Games Playlists.
Here are some “improvements”:

Combine Regicide with Rumble Pit.

Replace Castle DLC with Big Team DLC that includes Castle AND Crimson.
-Add Majestic FFA in Regicide’s vacant lot.
It’d also be beneficial to these playlists’ survival if the DLC was cheapened or made free entirely.

Problem with that is that it just leads to the rich getting richer. I honestly prefer AGL/Throwdown’s way of doing it where it’s just AAs that only assist you in staying alive or supporting your teammates.
More options for custom games, most importantly, allow to disable sprint.
