Once you choose one are you restricted to that spec’s unique armor/mods/perks?

Every spec increases your rank by 10 levels. So if you complete the first spec you will be SR60. Then you can choose another one to get to SR70. Etc.

If i choose fast track and i am done with the 10 levels and i choose another spec do i still rank up fast?
