Although I am not a fan of the new implementations in H4 pre playing the game, I must say this article calmed me down, and was written by a member of the MLG community. Please before you post your opinions read the article.
Ive been excited the entire time surprisingly. I guess its because ive lived through all the other releases.
I have as well, but being a player who generally involves himself in a community that is notoriously resistant to change, I find myself not as excited hearing the leaked news as I was before; however, I will be giving it a try and like I said the article put things in perspective for me.
Its basically cater to the casuals/CoD kids in the default, give core Halo fans a few playlists in a small corner of MM to keep them from completely leaving that is basically the new FPS model. I guess designing a FPS to be balanced and competitive out of the box is too much to ask for, accessibility and hand-holding has now taken precedent over good game design and competitive multiplayer. CS:GO please save us.
