If They Came to Hear Me Beg achievement HELP!!!!!!!!

I’ve assassinated an elite jumping from the cliff at the beginning of “The Pillar of Autumn” a million times and I still haven’t got the achievement… what’s going on? How do I get this?

Firstly check if its on normal difficulty

Secondly check if your not falling off the edge but jumping off it

It also helps using sprint

I did do it on normal, I made sure I sprinted AND jumped off at the end, still no luck…

this happened to me too but when i posted in bungie.net for help i got achievement the hext hour on legendary

I got this achievement on accident. I was playing Nightfall and got it by assinating the elite at the beggining.

the problem with this achievement is your forward motion. If your moving through the air to fast and heading forward you can survive the jump so the game wont count it.

I got so sick of hearing that when I was trying to get the achievement.

Not only you. I muted my TV because I got SOOOOO sick of it.
