Halo 4 was surprisingly good. AAs and the like don’t effect gameplay as much as they did in reach and that’s good.
There’s 4 things things that are monumentally frustrating to me though.
1.) Ordinance is handed out far, far to often. Make it take longer to get ordinance, and make it go down a little whenever people die. I never get killed by anything now except for shotguns, railguns, scattershots, concussion rifles, and the like.
2.) Sprint needs something else. Ironically, its not enemies running away from conflicts, its my teammates running away from conflicts, leaving me to get owned by 3 people and their grenades.
3.) Grenades are only broken because three people throw two at once. please lower the grenade count to 1 so people have to pick them off the map (and theres PLENTY lying around the map.
4.) tone down bullet magnetism. I thought it was bad in reach, but it hilarious in halo 4. It really is. Headshot after headshot after headshot.
But seriously 343, its not what i wanted, but its better then i expected with the concepts you choose to add. I would actually consider this as almost balanced competitive multiplayer if you fixed some of this stuff. Not balanced in the sense of the original halo games, but as i said, its about as good as i could of hoped for.
PS. Too all the people that came on the forums the day you got the game and beat it, and posted the ending, screw you. Just because its a halo 4 forum didn’t mean we hadn’t beaten it yet.
