It’s come to my attention that I cant get the medals required in my clan to get the Achilles armor since some of the medals require specific playlist to get. I can’t get breakout, assault, or even grifball medals anymore because they aren’t in matchmaking anymore. Any suggests or way to reach out to someone in 343i to help.

You only need to focus on the Kill comms.
The Breakout mode can be found within the ranked Elimination playlist and there are some Breakout modes within the rotational Action Sack playlist too.
The Assault mode can be found within the social BTB playlist.
For Grifball you’ll have to wait until it becomes available as a featured rotational; though, I think Action Sack’s Riftball mode can also provide you some Grifball commendations.
The only “required” playlist for getting all the Kill Commendations in your Spartan Co. is Warzone, for the Marines and AI kills. Beyond that, you can get the commendations in any playlist. You don’t need Breakout, Grifball, or Assault to get Achilles.
Here is a link to your company commendations you need for Achilles. Complete level 3 for all of them to unlock the armor, and complete level 5 of all of them for the helmet. No specialty playlists required except for marine and warzone ai kills
