wE mEET aGAIN cAPTAIN cAPITAL!lazy link, you’re welcome.And yeah, I hope the Plasma Rifle returns. The Storm Rifle, for me at least, looks too much like an assault rifle, with the shape, the barrel sticking out like that. Doesn’t feel entirely like a Covenant weapon.

IK About The Blue Plasma Rifle, But It Looks Kinda Like The Elite Plasma Rifle. But It’s A Glitch Skin (?) So That Doesn’t Count As An REAL Plasma Rifle.

That’s actually a glitch where the game tries to stretch the Plasma Pistol’s texture over the Plasma Rifle’s model, hence the odd, broken appearance. See here for proof.

As it is right now, I think the image you made is a little too purple. The Plasma Rifle has generally had a blue color.
