Good night guys Have you ever thought that the next update might be the last? If so, tell me what you would like 343 to add to the last update :slight_smile:

I’m 90% sure it is the last one. I will either by retiring to MCC or starting up a Halo 3 style gameplay server for Halo 5 once my company gets Achilles

If the next update is the last, I’d really like for it to have bayonet assassinations.

Hope it isn’t the last update though, I enjoy the hype and req sheet reveals.

I would like to see black undersuits and a way to normalize colour between all armour pieces. I’m tired of not being able to wear the Wrath armour with the Indomitable helmet because 343i decided to make the Wrath set several shades darker than any other armour for some reason… It’s almost as though they don’t want us to wear anything other than full sets…

Other than that, I would love to see a Covenant themed Warzone map with a unique Covenant-themed main base and secondary buildings with no hint of any white human buildings.

This, plus Theater fixes, WZFF fixes (still a handful of glitches in there), and probably some other things that escape my mind as of now.

343 themselves said after Anvil’s legacy that there are “a few” more updates left. Now notice how they said “a few” and not “a couple”? Now there are several reasons why I believe there are at least 2 more updates coming:

  1. Really crappy way to send off the game with a few highly requested helmets, just doesn’t seem like a closing update.

  2. There is SO much more people want added to the game, weapons armor, even ui changes like black undersuits, and anything that can inflate the req pool, leading to more profit off of the req packs from the impatient players, well c’mon 343 will obviously add it into the game,

So no, I think they’ll be updating Halo 5 even AFTER Halo Wars 2 launches as we still have 2 years before Halo 6 and we gotta keep Halo 5 fresh somehow.

I would like the ability to remove boss waypoints in warzone. I’d like to be able to call them up using up on the D-pad like in campaign. Sometimes when bosses are bunched up it’s hard to tell who has low health because there’s so much text and icons. It’s obnoxious.

While I agree and think a small handful of updates would do the game a lot of good, I think it’s all just wishful thinking at this point… we have no confirmation.

Although it is true that the next update will not be the last, we must think that is what really misses the game, At least I think that more variants silly and horrible as the atlon that is from the common to the legendary is something that I really do not like your opinion but it would be good to put new helmets more novel or bring classics of reach for example …

There still are quite a couple updates left, all of 2017 will be having updates in fact.

I believe the next one will come out around February and it would be a good time to stop making them seeing that halo wars 2 is coming out in February. If the next one is the last one then they have to end it BIG with tons of new stuff to play with.

I wouldn’t mind it being the last update, but I think it isn’t. I can’t wait the helmets, my favorite from halo 3 and reach helmets are back and i will be grinding day and night to get them. I guess i would want new warzone maps, classic maps like guardian and sword base especially in infection.

Yea, February is likely as well, my guess is that it’s going to come early march, since it usually comes every 3 months, like anvils legacy came sept 8 and monitors bounty came December 8. This is just my guess, hopefully is comes early as possible . I don’t think it’s gonna come later than march

I want the next update to address glitches, bugs and there network!!! More so, I want to next update to fix all the random disconnects I get now ever since the Monitor Bounty update.

Just fix your servers and all the bugs and glitches, that’s all I want. Do that and I’ll not only endorsed Halo 5 and convince people to buy it (trust me I’m good at) I’ll even buy a other copy myself!

Yeah I agree the latest it would be is probably March but I feel like they would try to get one in before or a little bit after the launch of Halo wars 2. Idk its just a gut feeling I guess.
