Please 343 I am on my knees begging you, feature this song (Halo Soundtrack - Flood theme - YouTube) to their return.

NO Halo game nailed the Flood’s atmosphere like the first game did. Make the flood scary again. I’d love to see 343i’s take on the flood, a new studio can make them fresh and scary again.

Make them gorey, and make them kill gorey.
Also, its a given that if the Flood do return, their art design will be changed dramatically. In Bungie games, the flood’s art design changed dramatically from game to game, so 343 will take their art design too a whooole new level so brace yourselves. Could turn out to be good and creepy.

I would like this theme (Halo Soundtrack - Flood theme - YouTube) to be reprised with a full orchestra, like Halo CEA, but all orchestral and powerful.

I don’t think the flood will return in the story. Maybe in a side mode like firefight, but who knows i could be wrong

i hate the flood they are boring to kill and are just bullet sponges. In every halo game(with flood in) the best levels are the ones that don’t have the flood in and everyones worst levels are flood levels

Oh their returning, humanity still has to be tested by the precursors.

Jackals, Grunts and Drones (and many other enemies that you don’t see Flood forms of) don’t have enough biomass the be converted into a combat form hence the reason why you never see them get infected in the game.

The flood will make a return, maybe not in halo 5 but at some point. Flood are the heart of halo story its what its all about when it comes down to it. Id agree alot of old halo levels that included the flood were bad but the story about them, the fear and the sudden change in what really matters is always great game changer in a halo game.

I think flood work best when there mixed into a level with all difffernt alien races and everything is just chaos. Flood only levels are tough to enjoy because it becomes a slug fest and the gameplay is reduced to one type. If done well i do berlive the flood can be a really enjoyable race to fight againt.
Bungie got the feel of the flood right perfect in halo ce but never got the gameplay right. IF 343i can just get that gameplay down and copy the fear and sheer force of the flood from bungies halo ce then we’re onto a winner.
