It’s funny, the Arbiter was the one AI buddy that never annoyed me. Hmm…I guess he never had to drive.
He would definitely speak English, unless he became an enemy. In which case, I might have to boycott Halo.
And no, him calling Chief human or whatever he used to is much better than Chief.

His old armour IS neccesary. What if they changed Chief’s armour to a Spartan 4 Warrior armour? It would be terrible. These characters are recognized by what they look like.

I really hope Keith David reprises his role as the Arbiter. He did a fantastic job in 2 and 3.

Yeah if he didn’t, it’d be just as worse as Steve Downes not doing Chief.

I hope he doesn’t come back and if he do. I don’t want him to speak in english except if he talks to humans.
Most probably he will die in Halo 5 or 6 anyway as the Ancient Evil will destroy everything in it’s path.

Your logic is stupid.
Chief’s armour has not completely changed into something different.
It has only upgraded and improved in appearance as well as becoming more graphically detailed with each installment.
It’s not like it’s changed to this , the same goes for Arbiter’s armour and appearance if he suddenly changed to this. It would just not be the same and Arbiter would not be the same anymore. They can’t do something like this, it’s like changing Mario’s clothes. Arbiter is quite an iconic character, 343 have to know that.
