IMO there wouldn’t be an opinion, but i think Liam Neeson would be the closest person to voice him.

It if wasn’t him. I don’t think Halo would be as great. It’s kind of like switching a main actor for the sequel, it just make the movie that great. Feels odd.

I’ve thought about this, actually. Kevin Conroy, the guy who voices Batman in Arkham Asylum/ City could be an adequate replacement.

I wouldn’t buy it. I know that sounds like hyperbole, but seriously I wouldn’t buy it. Steve Downes IS the Chief, there is no substitute.
