if someone betrays you, in halo 4, your teammates should NOT be able to pick up your weapons. this would make it nigh impossible to grief your teammates for picking up a weapon that you so desired. you wouldnt have to pick up the sniper and start eating teamfire because it would be pointless. then, if someone betrays you twice, you get the option to boot, so you can kick griefers, but if your buddy accidentally betrays you twice because hes super amazing sometimes with rockets and grenades, etc., you can still forgive him infinite times.
i agree. team killing would be significantly lower if they had no chance of obtaining your weapon. and how bout those a$$hol@s that take your sheild down and wait for the enemy to kill you? hard to boot those crafty -Yoinks!-. well, not crafty. just -Yoink- bags
The whole concept of betraying someone is just ridiculous because it takes away the enjoyment and the sanity of the people that are trying to play the game.
I myself have been a victim of countless times of power weapon thievery and I would like to see it end.
If they add this then they just need to find a way to get rid of the people that break your shields like 30 times in a row and the people that purposely block your view. It also seems like people used to betray each other to get tanks, I never really liked tanks though so I’m not sure.
Seriously, though. Your idea has merit, but why are we looking at the problem from such a complex angle? You don’t need any fancy system in place to discourage betrayals if you simply do away with the ability to betray.
Betrayals removed = problem solved. People can empty whole clips into you, throw as many grenades or punches as they want at you, and they’ll only be wasting their own time and ammunition, with absolutely no negative effect on gameplay.
> Or, just do away with friendly fire entirely.

> what do you guys think? good idea?
So, only the person which betrayed you can’t pick up the weapon? If so, I like this.
If not, then if the weapon couldn’t be picked up by anyone in your team, then it could be picked up by your opponents and that would cause power-weapon control.
Christ, that guy must be an absolute tool, no wonder he’s a -Yoink!- (lol >implying you saw what I did there).
Friendly Fire Off to me means an absolute removal of friendly fire, both to yourself and to your teammates. Perhaps I should have clarified that to begin with.
And before we go about it: yes, that’d mean people would be more ready to throw a grenade in a close area. But hell, who doesn’t already do that?
> You touch my sniper. You die. simple as that. No matter is it falls off that map or not. You die.
I hate people like you. 1st it’s not YOUR sniper and 2nd I bet you are one of those, which thinks they are good with snipers, but then they do 2 kills, with 12 shots.
More like keep the other team from touching other power weapons. I say in the lobby “Let me get first snipes, you can grab them the rest of the game.” Do you think it works? Nope. They grab it and die out in the open. I can’t grab it because I die going for it. Therefore they lossed us the game. I hate losing. Be the Bullets on the reg.
