If you pay for a product that later goes on sale, you don’t get a refund. Say you buy a TV for £1200 and it drops in price to £800, you aren’t going to go back and get a £400 refund.
You agreed on a price at that time, future prices are separate from your transaction. If you aren’t happy with the price you shouldn’t have bought it.

Something has to be said for the new-ness of the game, 343 said themselves they’re ‘testing’ what works and what doesn’t in the shop, and seeing as though this already had 6 years in the oven dancing with 500 million dollars, I find it mind boggling that people would think that giving these customers the difference in credits (not USD, your $20 is still $20 in 343s pocket) would hurt the companies profit margins, and how that would be a bad thing, when we are dealing with the game in the state it’s in.
Clearly the more money we throw into the game, the further the patches get delayed.

They don’t want folks to have more than them I guess, which I get but also like they made the choice to abstain. IDK why they want a reward for choosing not to get something. Shouldn’t the reward be not having those things due to association with them being bad…?
