Exactly my point. How’s that being fair to 343? With this precedent, I could hardly see how they’d make any money if they refunded everyone who requests one. As scummy as it is, they legally obtained their cash through willing donors.
Digital has nothing to do with it. Do you expect a refund when a game is lowered in price after it is released?

Because digital currency has no actual intrinsic value, it’s made up. If you gain 100 credits, out of nowhere, 343i did not get a dollar deduced from their bank accounts. You just got some binary.
