If prices are adjusted: Reimburse us the difference in Credits

If you bought prior, you were okay with the price.
Don’t beg for reimbursement.

People like you were the problem, spending recklessly and making 343 think it’s okay to sell armor bundles for 20bucks.

Well yeah, I’d understand if you were someone who was never in the community, never visited the forums and was a super casual player, but we’ve been signaling for change for a really long time, it feels and anyone who’s spent like 30 bucks or more has to be ok with the prices at that point.
Majority think even 20 is too much to be giving them, but i can kinda understand it if it were a casual just throwing money at the screen.

Point is you kinda supported 343s insane prices nonverbally.

I think everyone who spent less than 30 bucks probably deserves it

The company wouldn’t do it if the people buy them didn’t do that. Players complaining about the prices are complaining equally at both persons.

Hot damn y’all are a spiteful bunch.

People are just upset as it’s a controversial topic. Some made valid points, but I do see a lot of toxic people here. but it is the internet, don’t let it get to you

They need to remember they’re trying to appeal to 343 not the community necessarily.

But the community being on your side helps most of the time

Don’t be so ridiculous and so self entitled. This situation would be exactly the same as buying clothes, food or electronic equipment this week, using them so that your warranty is void and then finding out the price has been reduced due to market forces or in a sale…you wouldn’t be entitled to a refund and you shouldn’t be entitled to a refund or any credit if they start to reduce prices in the Halo Infinite store. You pay the price you paid so accept it and there’s no guarantee that they will even reduce prices anyway.

op their saying is simple “if you bought stuff at the current price and when they drop dont ask for refund on your choice” theres nothin else to it

Meh I think as of right now a lot of the community are childish.

I just don’t think it’s right to berate someone with what they decide to spend their money on. People can disagree, but the toxicity has to go.

And btw I agree with people saying they shouldn’t get a refund. That’s not how business works

If by some miracle the prices ever do get lowered in spite of the people who’ve been contributing to the prices being higher, they really don’t deserve to be reimbursed…or at least the players would think that and rightfully so, since the people spending aren’t even thinking about what they’re doing to the game or other players.

That said, I don’t think it’s right for the people here to be so callous, and I don’t think it’s right for people who supported 343 to not get anything.
It’s reasonable to give them some sort of benefit instead of just letting them regret their haste.

I’m not trying to be spiteful, just tryna to defend my point. People are going to be upset no matter what 343 does at this point, I’m kinda just here for the ride.

Well yeah, it’s halo, bad enough we’re forced to buy anything that’s not a new game or map pack, or real new content. I know it worked for halo 5 but it wasn’t actually forced, though highly incetivized for overpriced lootboxes, and people weren’t happy with that either, but too many new players came so the system never changed. (This game brought back old players so it’s a different situation, almost no one who liked the OG halos seem to like h5)

This is the game series that’s widely considered the creator of Tbagging. I don’t know if that’s true but what would you expect with a reputation like that.

People should be allowed to spend their money how they please. I earned my Money, if I want a skin in a video game, someone else doesn’t have the right to belittle me because of it. I haven’t bought a skin, but I have bought the BattlePass.

I’ll point my finger at me, you point yours at you.

EDIT: this wasn’t directed at the guy I was replying to, I was agreeing with him.

From a business perspective, they’re inclined to do so to keep the customers who are willing to pay high prices willing to.

I think its understandable to not want the people to get anything out of spite if you’re just a player lol.

I agree.
Most businesses will usually give back what someone spent if they bought something before a sale or discount, and it makes sense to do that, since otherwise they’ll feel cheated and might not ever buy anything again.

ngl I’d take that happily

i think they will lower the price for new stuff so stuff that has already came out will stay the same price

I don’t believe that, they’re most definitely dropping the prices of the old stuff, no way is someone after the price Drop gonna get Daisy’s bear for 15 dollars.

They’ll likely compensate previous buyers too like the post is saying they should, unless there really are insane amounts of whales.
