If Osiris is fighting Forerunners and Covies....

I just realized that aside from the first Blue Team mission clip, we have not seen anything about who Blue Team fights for the main campaign. Considering that recent trailers show

Blue Team encountering and apparently working with Warden Eternal, can we really expect to fight forerunners as Blue team? That could limit the enemies that Blue Team fights down to Osiris and the Covenant… As such, do you think it’s possible that we might fight a “hidden” faction to provide more enemy variety?

What do you think?

They’ll definitely be shooting up the Covenant. Not sure about the prometheans, at least initially.

I just hope the boss fight against Osiris/Blue Team is cool.

Covies will definitely be there, and we may initially fight Prometheans. Though once we team up with the Warden Eternal, I think we may fight something else entirely. I think they may have said that we will fight a different enemy as well.

Thinking about it, the Prometheans are in the game since the first mission… I believe there is something we don’t know.

Bring on the Flood…

From the ESRB description of the game “Halo 5: Guardians is a first-person shooter in which players assume the role of a super soldier (Locke) searching for a missing character. Players use pistols, machine guns, grenade launchers, and futuristic weapons to kill alien and human enemies in frenetic combat.”

ONI’s gonna get rekt.

Why are people always quoting this? It refers to MP as well in which we (surprise surprise) kill humans in form of Spartans.

Because it’s never been in the description for any previous Halo game, either the ESRB is just learning there’s a multiplayer segment or we kill humans at some point in campaign.

It wont feel right shooting at humans…

The outcome should be predetermined but it would be more interesting to be playing as Locke and having to shoot at Chief even if you don’t kill him. It would have more of a emotional impact having to shoot at Chief as more people feel connected to him seeing as we have been with him from the beginning. Shooting at Locke just wouldn’t have the same impact as most people have already taken a disliking to him just because he is hunting the Chief when we are yet to have the full story.

Really? Because people shoot at Chief all the time, during co-op…

the only reason that I am thinking now that blue team might be fighting the warden eternal is because on the home screen for way point it shows Locke and chiefs helmets and lock has chief reflected in his visor ( his target ) and chief has the warden eternal (his new friend?) it would make more sense if they where reflecting their targets or maybe they will be working with him for a while and then he will screw them over?

Yeah but Chief can respawn in CO-OP lol. I mean honestly it doesn’t bother me though, I will shoot and kill anyone.

Meh, I’ll be shooting other humans anyways before they hog the ammunition to the weapon I do not need but like the texture.
