And 343 has stated this a couple of times in the past. So wouldn’t it be appropriate to keep the booster jets from the E3 teaser and give them a significant role in gameplay? You know, like Optimus Prime in the transformers movies? And I don’t mean slowly floating in the air like Reach’s jetpack. I mean REAL flying, and like I said very similar to Optimus Prime or maybe even Iron Man. And speaking of Iron Man, why not give Chief some Iron Man-style missile launchers on his wrists? Ala Iron Man 1 tank scene if you recall: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoZ3sTPwdiw . This may sound ridiculous, but if 343 really wants to make him comparable to a tank and fighter jet, why not?

In campaign I wouldn’t mind using zero G thrusters like the ones on the teaser trailer but as for multiplayer I am undecided if they did put it in the game I would like it to work something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yUMQUFL3I4&feature=related but in first person and a little more refined

Dude, those aren’t Booster Jets, those are called ZERO-G THRUSTOR PACKS!
Here’s a little lesson on thrustor packs like those seen in the CGI trailer, they are made to move an object in space, when a object weighs NOTHING. In space I can take a model rocket engine and use it to push me the length of 5 football fields in a few minutes. In one G, which is how much gravity you deal with on Earth, if a 120lb woman put on a zero-g thrustor pack, and tried using it as a jet pack, all it would do is go off, and maybe take the weight of the pack off her as it runs out of fuel. Now take that same thrustor pack and put it into a suit of powered armor that weights close to one ton, and lets see you fly that one ton armor around on Earth.
