Personally I feel that they aren’t trying to fix it rather upgrade most of the things and yeah some things it does apply to for example the gravity hammer and PP but other things like sprint and outlines are just things to make the game play better and not feel like an exact copy.
Sorry dude, I do not understand if it is a post of criticism or praise for the work of 343, can you elaborate a little more?

imma just assume you mean 343 are just trying to “change” sprint and outlines rather then fix it? I that’s the case the outlines could use some work and idk what the problem is with sprint. seems fine to me

It was just how almost every time someone doesn’t like something 343 did all they just said is if it ain’t broke don’t fix it and didn’t really explain what they did wrong and how it could be changed/fixed
