343 just took some one elses originality and put as much unoriginal crap as they could into it to make it mainstream. Such a shame…

So now that halo has lost all balls and conformed to all the other generic shooters out there, what new shooter is going to break this mold? I dont think there will be another halo in our generation. Hopefully some other original studio that is not under the creative shackles of Microsoft will step up to the challenge.

TLDR: All good things must come to an end. When Halo 3 said the fight was finished, it really was. It was the last good halo and it really defined my high school years. Thank you Bungie and goodbye halo

So you are saying Halo 3 is the last good Halo even though you have never even played Halo 4-6? Damn you guys have no idea what you guys are talking about most of the time.

Im saying it was the last good halo game including Reach. Judging by what halo 4 is going to be, I dont think I will be buying it.

Its a generic shooter now! You cant argue that its not. Look how mainstream they are making it.

Im not saying halo 4 is going to be a bad game. But it will be terrible by halo standards just like Reach

Bungie already made Halo bad and mainstream with Reach. 343i just continued their work.

I disagree, no matter how Halo 4 turns out, I doubt it could be as bad as Reach. No weapon balance, host is chosen randomly, but massive lag is first priority, there is no true skill or equal teams, you get punished for quitting even if you’re playing 1 VS 4, vehicles are pathetic, gameplay itself is broken with framdedrop and stuff etc.
I at least hope Halo 4 will be playable, then again there is no one forcing you to buy it at release, wait a month and see, even if it is good, you would just earn money since the price will drop.
