last night (check my history)
i average about 18-25 kills a game but on URBAN i am lucky to hit double digits in kills but i get at least 20 assists LOL
I know how you feel, I’ve been spawning Blood of Suban in left and right and I can not get more than 3 kills with it before I get BRed to death.
It’s the worst when you constantly break enemies shields and then some non factor across the map pegs them in the head. Tfw 10 kills 25 assists 7 deaths. :’(
It may not be as satisfying, but you are helping the team. There’s no I in Kill…oh wait, that won’t work.
I dislike seeing high kill #'s without assists most of the time. I like seeing lots of assists regardless of kills.
One can tell by the feel of the match if the top earners are stealing kills instead of helping the team.
… I prefer point/Duck Hunt Dog role. I’d rather someone finish what I started so I can help some more rather than them wait and see if I respectfully won 1on1… It’s WAR, don’t stand around like a bunch of Osiris Fireteammates wondering if it’s OK to all stop the target at once, DO IT!

Great stuff Reaper. Sometimes I see opposing players who just show up and are one shot right next to the guy who I’ve been firing at who has some shield left. I’m always tempted, but I usually stick with my initial target (unless I know I can take them both without dying). Which almost never happens
what usually happens in that situation is they both start firing at me and I end up dying and shortly thereafter, I see the one or two assist emblems popping up on the screen. 
I have more assists than kills in Warzone. I don’t mind. I think its funny.
My advice to everyone when playing Warzone: shoot everything. Assists are good, there’s nothing wrong with them. Especially if you have a gambit for medal count active.

It’s usually the opposite for me. I figure if I’m breaking shields from across the map with my DMR it makes it easier for teammates to capture locations.

I agree I like seeing some assists with my kills too.
I do tons of assists because of how I play but good news it those assists help with the spartan company commendations
4,243 kills - 3,207 assists - 1,954 deaths is my total stat line in Warzone. I get plenty of assists, and with that many players on your team it only makes sense to get high assist totals. I generally stick to safe areas, plunk the high value targets that have an angle on my teammates, and watch them clean up the mess. It’s very satisfying.

Assists are good, at least you get a medal for it now.
Think about all those times you cleaned up someone else that was being worked on by a teammate.
Halo 2 and Halo 3 you didnt get jack squat. It tracked your assists in the post game, but while you were playing… nothing.
You should just be happy the person you were shooting at got taken out. It’s a team game.
