If Halo 4 is a fail for casual and competitive gamers, should everyone go back to halo 3 to piss 343 industries off?

Just from you not buying Halo 4 will not be effect the sales, Halo 4 will be a great game and it look so amazing. Going back to Halo 3 will not annoy 343i at all, plus everyone will be to busy playing Halo 4

yeah right, it would be a complete slap in the face to 343i if majority of halo players went back to halo 3. The initial sales is somewhat relevant, but the longetivity of the game is just as important.Meaning if the game isn’t popular people wont buy the DLC or other things Halo 4 has to offer. If this game is a fail they will lose a lot of money.

So, you think that the company designed to run HALO is going to be upset if a few people go play HALO 3 over HALO 4. Do you see what is wrong with what you’re saying?
Not to mention, most of the information we’ve received has had incredibly positive feedback and the pre-orders are very high. That means regardless of the game sucking or not over 300,000 people are going to buy the game.
If they don’t like it, too bad. 343 has their money, you can’t get it back because you don’t like the game. Also, they aren’t getting your money until you see good reviews? Really? So you’re one of those headless chickens who listen to companies like IGN so they can decide if you buy a game or not…true story: I read negative reviews for Mass Effect, a few years later I bought it. Then Mass Effect 2, and I’m playing Mass Effect 3 right now.
343 is running HALO in general, if you go back to Halo 3 you aren’t hurting them at all. You’re just preserving another Halo game they manage. Think before you post and once again, grow up.
