Like seriously they should bring halo reach to the master chief collection since they bring halo 3 odst I honestly liked halo reach even tho jetpack, armor lock, and camo was not the greatest thing but it was a fun game who else agrees with me to remaster halo reach to the master chief collection
I definitely had a lot of fun with Reach (like you said except jetpack and all that) but overall I enjoyed it. I’d have a blast with a remaster of that. I’m sure i’ll like ODST at least somewhat though, I wasn’t a huge fan when it first came out, but it is an interesting take on the Halo game play.

Originally, there was no plan to bring ODST or Reach to the xbox one yet until Halo 5 was finished.
There could have been a compilation that had ODST, Reach, and Wars; but at this point it may all end up getting incorporated into one game via patching.

True
Yeah; ODST, Reach, and Wars are all “side-stories” if you think about it, so a “Halo: Side-Stories Collection” would be possible, but less so considering ODST is being patched into the MCC; for all we know they can patch in Reach/Wars or release just the two of them individually.

I mean it couldn’t be that hard to -Yoink- the multiplayer experience. Use the code from HCEA where we had the anniversary menu and playlists. Should be easy enough. I don’t know how 60fps would make that stupid motion blur look. They my need to drop that and the grainy filter.
But like honestly who doesn’t wanna play all the halo Sega in 1080p graphics and 60fps it would be dam amazing to see that and I kno it ain’t easy to put the games but it would be cool seeing that on the xbox one
Look at all the terminals in Halo CE:A and Halo 2:A. Look at Halo 4. 343 is really connecting to the books and lore now. Halo Reach absolutely butchered the books and it is for that reason that I think the game is absolute garbage. Putting it in the MC Collection would make little sense considering how much the games now relate to the books.

Nobody ever said Reach wouldn’t make it on to Xbox one. As a matter of fact they said that they were considering it ages ago when the fans kept hounding them about it. I think ODST would be a hard sell unless it were to go for cheap. Reach would actually make some cash. ODST is also alot faster for them to port. Makes sense to me why they offered up ODST like this, not Reach.

There’s a difference between not being like the book and taking a massive -Yoink- all over the entire book series that was a million times better than the hunk of garbage we got.
Not a 1:1 adaptation? Fine.
Entirely different from the story multiple books established? Garbage.

Im pretty sure Bungie can tell whatever story they want with their OWN GAME.
Halo is first and foremost a video game series. To say that something that is not a video game would take precedent over something found in a game that is part of a video game series is completely bonkers.

I really hope they put it in MCC. That would make me so happy, (EVEN IF I HAD TO PAY FOR IT!) As long as it is in MCC, I am happy.

Very true. therefore, if you want it, just ask for it! that is why they added odst!
I’m sorry but all of this crap about Reach being a side story is crap. If the events of Reach never happened then there wouldn’t of been a Master Chief story line. Does Reach focus on him? no but it sets up the whole story and the events.
