Why not integrate the halo waypoint player card stats on the in-game menu’s ? For example… pressing Y when your in the Halo 4 menu will open a new small window displaying your player tag stats as well as your CSR rank. It sucks enough that 343 can’t and won’t implement CSR in-game… so the least they can do is integrate halo waypoint on the halo 4 dashboard menu. I am not pulling out my freaking phone or tablet after every game to check my rank. Answer the poll above!
P.S I already know there is a link to Halo Waypoint from the menu… but it takes too long to load it up and you have to exit the game… which is really annoying.
They won’t do that because they don’t want people to be able to view it in game. Their solution is for you to go to the Xbox app -_-
No, they didn’t do it because its actually impossible the way it is. The UI is incompatible with putting a visible rank in, limitations.
They aren’t lazy, but they definetly don’t want to rework the entire UI. Tear it apart and rebuild it.
Besides advertising use of Waypoint apps. Working it more into the service record would be a good idea if possible, but as of now its pretty much impossible for them to make it visible ingame without throwing tons of money at the UI team and changing a ton of things.
Should they? Sure. Could they? Yes. Would they? No. They want to spend their time working on improvements that would be more manageable to do instead implementing a UI update that would take a long time to do.
Everyone’s best bet for a visible rank is more than likely to be seen in the next game. Currently, there is hardly any real reason to put forth time to do so, especially with the population being low across the playlists.
Use waypoint to view your rank. You’re using it to already.

Isnt it suppose to be visible on the website too on your career tab?
I would love an in game Rank, however that’s out the window and I’m far over it at this point. Oh well, moving forward.
I would really like to see this, just some form or way to access it right there from the War Menus screen.
I know they cant add CSR to the game without rebuilding the UI, but adding a halo waypoint stats window may be possible. Great Idea. Might be possible to add it to your service record too. You should tweet bs angel @bsangel or pm her on the forums. Getting some community support can help a lot and hey, you have mine all the way.
I have already tweeted her so if everyone here can tweet her, we may get a response. We need all the support we can get on this topic.
