news flash: call of duty is a dying boring game now, and to me it always has been; except cod3 and world at war.
halo has been everything but cod and has great success imo. while being restricted to xbox only, many of you cod fannies like to make comparison of the two games as which one sell the most, but cod was on all platforms. that was unfair.
now that cod is dying I beg you fanboys not to come here to bring down halo into the same dark place cod is heading. Please understand that halo is a game that requires planned tactics and true skill, unlike the boring cod fps that only requires a thumb to smash buttons.
halo5 may not be my most favorite yet but it is far from dead but i fear that most of the ideas that changes halo come from a cod trained perspective. to clarify, cod is only run and gun and twitch gameplay, basically how fast you can smash the buttons at the right time.
halo is that but much more than that (requires plans,teamwork, stealth, and routine) and most cod fans would like to see a more dumbed down version of halo; that would make it a cod clone imo.
finally, if you want halo to evolve? well evolving towards cod type is a reverse evolution. Listen i’m all about change but would not want halo to transform into the new COD.
