If a weapon is OP it should be balanced. SLAM

We have heard of this new thing called “The Cortana” web which gives 343i and us (I think) really good and detailed stats about our games. 343i is probably getting more info on the matter. However I think it’s a grand opritunity to BALANCE Halo 4 well after it’s out.

We all know the BR/DMR and maybe Carbine will have a good percentage of kills. Yet this is where things shouldn’t go. In Halo:CE the pistol was over powered, however it wasn’t nearly as over powered compared to the other weapons. A good AR player could easily out-wit a pistol user, and so on.

This is not the case as much in Halo 2, 3 or even Reach. And as much as good players could beat worse BR/DMR players, the fact is it’s still not fixing the fact the BR/DMR have nearly 50+% of the kills in a game with over a dozen weapons.

Cortana Webbin

After each month or 6 months (idk) some time 343i should look at the weapons, which is getting used a lot, not as much, and so on. While being careful to remember about loadouts . IF any weapon has a HUGE amount of kills, and I mean a single weapon having more then 50% of the kills in the game, it should be FIXED.

For example. Maybe add more game types with less used weapons (plasma, or assault rifles). Maybe make some weapons stronger, or weaker, Maybe introduce new maps and playlists. Which itself should be done anyway, to keep Halo 4 fresh.

Either way they should take such info to fix and balance the game, not so much to off balance it. Because Halo has not been welly balanced since Halo:CE. Halo 3 came close, and Halo Reach was good until LITTLE BRATS THOUGHT TAKING OUT BLOOM WOULD SOMEHOW FIX THE GAME AND NOT REALIZING IT JUST MAKE HALF THE GUNS -Yoink- COMPARED TO THE DMR, THANKS A LOT.

And I’m not saying the BR or DMR need to be weakened or such, or other guns should be 5sk as well. Yet, 343i can do a lot to add variety to this game. New modes to encourage more weapon use. Maybe adding fiesta game types, new maps, new modes, and overall tweaking weapons along the way to see when Halo 4 is good.

Overused does not mean overpowered.
