I feel like if 343 decides to make a halo 2 anniversary it needs certain things to stay the same, mainly, multiplayer. it needs to have the same physics the same levels and all of the same glitches that made the game what it was.
I still think the splatter system need an improvement. In H3, unless the enemy was boosting or a scenery item was sent flying extremely fast, a collision just resulted in my shields going down. Even having a tank dropped on you (the one on The Covenant at rally point bravo) didn’t kill you. Also, collisions with the walls and such didn’t have as much of an adverse impact on the player’s shield, unless he was going really fast. Finally, splattering enemies was much easier. In H2, splatters are hard to get on enemies (in campaign, most of the time, you just end up colliding with them or flipping because of them) but it’s easy to kill yourself with your own vehicle falling on you.
