So I have come across this a couple games where someone will be sitting next the req station and rubber band the firing trigger to trick the game into activity so they can xp grind. My personal way with dealing with this is to spartan charge them far away enough to where they run out of ammo, and just sit idle till the system kicks them. What do you guys do?
