Hey I want to say I never have been kicked for inactivity until today. I went to watch Netflix and I guess I was still searching for a match and of course I got kicked for inactivity.
I don’t think I deserve to get banned for my first time offense especially for 19 hours. It’s unfair when you have people quitting consecutive matches and receive nothing

Have you not read through the forum posts? there are a lot of people getting banned for quitting.
Are you sure it was 19 hours and not 19 minutes? Unless you AFK’d through a LOT of matches, first time offences should start off at a few minutes and then increase with each subsequent offence. The ban screen will initially show a time in minutes and seconds
