members of fire team majestic?
Thorne, Ray, Hoya, all of them. They keep propping back up in Halo Escalation and were in all the Spartan Ops episodes. Clearly 343i have plans for them in Halo in the future.
Obvious argument against this is that they’re not ONI. But perhaps they were recruited (maybe even by Locke) to help find 117? Just speculating.
Perhaps you play as them in Co op mode. Maybe in Master Chief’s missions in Halo:5 G you have Blue team by your side, and for Locke’s missions searching for the chief you have these guys?
(Or, maybe I’m wrong and the ONI Spartans just anonymous ONI Spartans).

Well Majestic is…Majestic. Demarco is dead and Thorne is in charge now there. If anything 343 is building up Thorne as a better character and building him as a leader. Hope they do more with him.
Now the rest of this is just fan theory but is sound logic, with what we have so far. Regarding Locke’s team, some would believe Macer from Nightfall is on his team. She was definitely competent and it was apparent in the show, along with her confidence and courage. Eventually doing better then Locke’s own ONI teammates. Could say some foreshadowing.
Another possibility for an additional COULD be Buck, but we won’t know till New Blood launches and we read that, hopefully detailing what Buck decides to do with his military career or retire. If he continues the military the only reason some fans think so is because he was offered a Spartan 4 slot. But we’ll have to see.
Now the last 2 spots or 1…idk, but one could be for Thorne, maybe. I’m really just going out on a limb with that one. He’s definitely being built up as a leader of character and good integrity, which is also necessary for Locke’s team, or one would think.
Last is definitely guessing but the first 2 I’m more confident in. We’ll have to see in E3, if they show anymore and the books.

Yes! This all makes great sense. The description of New Blood mentions Buck is considering a new role as a Spartan like you said, so definitely a possibility.
I hope one of them is Buck, and Macer as well.
Nope. Sorry bro, but Majestic is Majestic. There isn’t really a reason 343 would put them into Locke’s team. Macer and Buck are still open possibilities, though.

Except Jun has apparently become very well settled into his administrative role within the Spartan-IV Program. I don’t really see him suddenly going back out into the field for a Master Chief manhunt, it just wouldn’t mesh with what we’ve seen of him recently.
They could all very well be characters we’ve never met before. And we don’t even know yet if they’ll actually even be in the game - so even if they are, there is the strong possibility that they’ll be like the Elites from Halo 3 where their only purpose is to be the avatars for people playing the campaign on co-op and wont even have a real role in the story or appear in cutscenes.

Very true, could just be…random Spartans and no point at all really regarding the story hah. But I do like his idea of the last guy being Jun, that would be sweet and make sense.
Am I the only one who thinks that pink armor is ugly…or strange…or both? Why 343 use “weird” color tones? Some armor colors were strange even in Halo 4.
Secondly, I hope Buck or Jun not part of Locke’s team.
I think it unlikely Majestic. I expect one to be the girl from nightfall and the other 2 will be new character.
In night fall 2 members of Locke’s team stayed behind on sedra due to being infected. Them + Macer are probably the squad.
