Fairly straight forward, just open the Social tab ([ Tab ] on M+KB / [ Select ] on Controller), wait for the map and mode to appear, if it’s not to your liking, cancel it ([ F ] on M+KB / [ X ] on Controller).
FYI: Yes you can get a ban after too many quits.
