I think. 343 should do a adopt a ring world you get an activation index and info on your own ring world

There are only so many Rings. I think adopting Shield Worlds would be cooler. We’ve no clue how many there are and they can serve so many purposes. Getting brand new lore on your own lil part of the universe would be neat (and very tedious for the writers).

Anything else besides ring worlds. No single person should privately own a weapon that can wipe out 1/7 of life in the galaxy.
