destroying a tire should make a vehicle flip, if the tire was destroyed quickly and not slowly over time. this would make warthog vs warthog fights interesting if the chain gun can do high damage to the tires.
I think flipping vehicles with a sniper would be fun too. the flip should only happen if the vehicle is driving fast.
it should atleast be a custom game setting option or something that can be scripted in forge.
