I’ve decided to write up a list of what I’d like to see in Halo 4 MM in the future. Agree or disagree below. If the majority of you do agree, then let’s hope 343i see this.
Classic Slayer
- No Armor Abilities (or Support Powers).
- No Loadouts.
- Sprint disabled.
- Classic weapons/map settings, no ordinance bonuses.
- Join in progress disabled.
BTB Classic
- Same as above, but with objective gametypes (with classic settings obviously) added into the mix and max players 16.
Objective Classic
- No Armor Abilities (or Support Powers).
- No Loadouts.
- Sprint Disabled.
- Join in progress disabled.
- Classic weapons/map settings, no ordinance bonuses.
- Classic objective settings (didn’t play objective much in Halo, so I don’t know those settings well enough to list them).
Infinity Objective
- Remove CTF, KOTH and Oddball playlists and add them here in their unchanged glory to make up for the adding of classic playlists.
Team Snipers
- Weapon selection only in loadouts (snipers only obviously).
- Other obvious things (such as no motion tracker, no AAs or other armor support, no ordinance, etc)
Lone Wolves/Rumble Pit (FFA)
- Slayer
- Oddball
- KOTH
- Classic Slayer
- Classic King
- Classic Ball
